Problem → approach → result
How we found the bottleneck, designed around the real workflow, and launched something people use every day.
The problem
The problem
Student records, campus news, GPA lookups, and event sign-ups were spread across manual processes — no single place for students, lecturers, and alumni to access what they needed.
Our approach
Our approach
We designed role-based journeys for students, lecturers, and alumni, then centralized the records and communications each group depends on into one portal.
What we built
What we built
A Django portal issuing digital ID cards, showing GPA and academic records, publishing campus announcements, and running smart webinar registration for students, lecturers, and alumni.
The outcome
One campus portal for identity, grades, news, and events — replacing scattered manual lookups across the institution.
