The problem

Job listings and applications were scattered across channels — hard for candidates to discover roles and for recruiters to track progress in one place.

Our approach

We mapped the full hiring workflow first: listing creation, discovery, application, and status updates. Then designed one backend with dedicated mobile experiences for each side of the market.

What we built

A Django API powering Flutter mobile apps for job seekers and recruiters — unified listings, applications, and notifications in a single platform.

The outcome

One system of record for jobs and applications instead of spreadsheets, chat threads, and duplicate data entry.
