A filmmaking creator wanted to sell video classes directly, but needed protected streaming, reliable payments, and course management without depending on third-party course marketplaces.

We designed around the buyer journey — browse classes, check out, then learn — and treated video protection and encoding cost as first-class concerns from day one.
What we built
What we built
A Next.js storefront and student dashboard on a Django REST API, with adaptive HLS video encoded in the background and streamed only to buyers, online payment checkout, promo codes, downloadable materials, and an admin panel for classes and orders.
The outcome
An owned sales channel where purchases unlock courses automatically and lessons stream securely, with no marketplace fees or manual access handling.
